This series of Roots-type vacuum pumps cannot be used alone. It needs to be used in series with the pre-stage vacuum pump to increase the pumping rate of the pre-stage vacuum pump when the pressure is lower than 1.3×103~1.3×10-1 Pa. The structure is composed of two 8-shaped rotor sections and a rotor casing, and the two rotors do not contact each other and rotate in opposite directions in synchronization with each other.
This type of pump, between the rotors and between the rotor and the outer casing, does not touch each other, and there is no need to worry about friction loss. Therefore, no lubricant is required in the rotor chamber. Therefore, for the working environment of water vapor and solvent vapor, it has relatively stable exhaust performance.

Proper maintenance during regular check, please.Maintenance interval varies with purpose, inspection interval, initial use to once per day, no problem, weeks from the time the first time on Monday, after can be set to once a month.In addition, about the extent of the visual inspection, utility, see the status of device, suggest to confirm once a day.In use process, check at least once every three days to the following items.
1.The amount of lubricating oil is between the two oil level line.
2. Lubricating oil whether change color.
3. Whether the cooling water in accordance with the provisions of traffic access.
4. The presence of abnormal sound.
5.The current value of the motor is normal.
6. Any leakage.
7. The mechanical seal if there is a leak. Remove the motor side cover the following mechanical seal oil drain plug, make sure there's no accumulated inside of lubricating oil.
8. Check the content: Check the content must be regular inspections on the using status of the pump, to avoid the pump failure, prolong the service life of pump.Please refer to the following list of maintenance.
